WISE Employment Prahran reviews
11After reading good reviews and discussing with the workplace about how they could help I found that they are all talk and no help.they didn't call for my appointment and I have been chasing to talk to my case worker with excuses as to why they didn't call. They said that they had a list of workplaces looking for workers and then when you go to your first meeting they say that the list is "being built and that people are networking". They said one thing to get me to go there and when I arrived did nothing.
Daniel has been amazing. When I joined WISE I thought they were going to just organise job interviews, but it's been so much more. Since Daniel helped me with my resume, I've been getting more calls back from potential employers, and through discussions about my skills I not only know how to answer job interview questions, but I have so much more confidence. To say that joining WISE has changed my life would be an understatement
There service full of Garbage and sick of there attitude towards there there disability job seekers i don't think they know how to talk to them

Kimberley is an AMAZING help to me and is excellent at the work that she does. She has given me the confidence to strive for positions and roles that previously I didn’t have the confidence to. She is a great support, listener and gives me real world advice to help overcome barriers.
When looking for work, she has helped me realise that it is sometimes a slow build but you will get there in the end with small yet consistent steps.
Thank you Kim and Wise Employment.

Great job agency. Staff really go out of there way to help you find a job. If you are serious about finding work this place is for you.
Wise employment is by far the best employment service I have ever used. They are exceptionally good at seeing what you have in you, even if you don't know it yourself.
Strongly recommended
Had a good experience with the receptionist and one advisor who was not available very often. However the other one staff member was consistently very condescending and very judgemental whilst explaining symptoms. I'd advise anyone with a complex situation requiring compassion and support to avoid this office as I have had a much better experience with another location of wise.
I was there via 2012 and they were one of the worst firms that I ever had to deal with! It seems that they are still around (How? !) but have moved slightly to a newer vicinity via the 2nd floor. Their former vicinity is where Workskil now stands. I highly doubt that they have changed that much if they are still allowed to exist after all their questionable practices. One prick that I love to clean up his clock is a doucher named Mark Weir but he's probably disappeared. No justice etc. But atleast you guys did get back to me? ! Don't worry Wise, WORKSKILL are a billion times worse and I'll give you guys credit in atleast wanting to try and fix things. What is it with you Job Network Providers anyhow?

Agency was recommended by Centrelink. We registered ourselves there and a staff member asked us to visit the agency again post 3 months after our own efforts of job search. When we called post 3 months, the same staff member told us that she had not mentioned any such thing and we were exited from the Centrelink. I would not recommend the agency to anyone.
