I have nothing but nice things to say about Wise Employment Pakenham especially Natalia Starakis, who has helped me immensely by telling me about the BOOST course, which I participated in and achieved my RSA, First Aid and other she helped me obtain other certificates including my Working With Children's check, and I've now gained employment at my dream location.

Wise Employment is best used by people who genuinely want to better their employment chances and seek to better their employment and life situation.

Natalia is concise, firm but fair and you can see a genuine warmth and care in her for people.

Nicole from wise employment has been one of the best agency off all time too me have gone through a couple of them but wise employment Pakenham special has helped me so much with my job search, mentally and physically the works. Lol

Don’t recommend to anyone of the arts community, after spending 6 months on and off between jobs that I was pushed into for the government kick back, these clowns refused to help me find work that was relevant to the music industry, or even steer me in the right direction at least. Don’t bother telling them your a musician, they’ll have no clue what to do.

I have Nicole as my person, I couldn't recommend her any higher, she's will try so hard for you and never give up on you. She's literally the best. I got a job through her that didn't workout and she was understanding and just kept looking for a suitable job. She found me a job that suits me, with great people, hours and pay. If you're looking at Max Employment, try and get Nicole, she'll go above and beyond for you. If the powers that be are reading this, get her to show your people how they should be with your clients. Give her a pay rise because she deserves it.

I had the pleasure of having Tracy Montgomery as my surport/ worker
I've had other surport/workers in the past
But Tracy is by far the best not only does she do her job with compassion and caring attitude towards others but she actually cares about people and what she does because she takes the time to understand peoples different positions and the challenges they face in life
I'm sad that she is getting transfer to a different department at wise I will definitely miss her

My name is Matt and I wanted to pass on some positive feedback about my experience with Wise Employment and there staff.

Since the start of Covid-19 it's been a difficult time for both staff and public trying to keep in the job or looking for work, just before this happened I was out of work due to a back injure I was awaiting for a procedure and possibly a operation. I started out with a job agency as a volunteer because I was keen to get back to work in something that was suitable for my injury. Unfortunelty the job agency I was with at the time was a very poor and unprofessional experience and wasn't getting anywhere with them or useful what so ever. I won't mention the name. I decided to transfer to another agency and heard about Wise Employment as they are a DES agency which was suitable, I got allocated to a lady by the name of Taneha and from the very start she was understanding supportive and reliable in communication and other aspects of a job agency representative, during the time I was requested to meet a certain amount of hours as a job seeker which we worked together on so I could return to work. I have now been getting some great treatment for my back injury with a good outcome so I can manage my pain, due to this I have now returned to work in something I though I could never do again so I want to thank Taneha and the team at Wise Employment Pakenham for your support and also funding my work wear required for the job.

I have never been to a employment agency like this one they are unethical in every aspect and show no empathy, they treat and speak to you as if you are a piece of dirt, they hound you for payslips even though they never found you the job, and they then claim from the government, they send you on courses and make you attend unsupervised job club so they can claim even more money these job places are a wrought they are a business out there to make as much money as they can and its the tax payers that fund them, they should be all closed down and the government should go back to the CES system Do not go to this job agency they will make your life hell and cause you much stress.
