I recently transferred to WISE Employment Oakleigh from another provider and I was assigned with Andrea Stupar. Andrea has been an amazing person to work with. So excited to join wise and have them help me. I have been taken care of by Zane who is lovely and motivating. We have a plan sorted and I am already being assisted with employment opportunities and I haven’t even joined yet! I can’t speak highly enough of this organisation.

I was appalled with the way I was spoken to during a telephone appointment! I only asked about a demerit that I received, as I felt it was very unfair. She scolded me like a CHILD and got very defensive, then told ME to "calm down. " I was completely calm, only trying to have a discussion about how it came about. She then claimed she never received missed calls from me, and she refused to listen to anything I had to say about it. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. To help the situation— I even offered to send her the proof that I had indeed returned her call TWICE, within two days. She got VERY ANGRY and started to scold me like a child. She told me I need to always answer my phone… but when I tried to call her back TWICE—she didn’t answer hers!

I will be disputing the demerit (she gave me) for not returning her call! (Which I did, twice) as I didn’t get any help from her on how to do so. I have received some information online about how to go about it.

We may be unemployed but we do have things we need to do during the day. I was actually taking my father to a hospital appointment for his heart. Which is why I DID return her call as soon as I returned home! I still have the proof for that— that they refused to even acknowledge.

I feel that they need to treat people with more respect (particularly being a disability provider.) dealing with people who are just looking for some help when they’re already struggling.

They are the best Employment Job Agency in Melbourne.
They give you the best support for applying new jobs, updating your Resume and they give out notices on Job Fairs and appointments for group / one-on-one interviews for different type of jobs that suit your standard.
All the staff members who work there including Anna, Naoko and Sanja are so friendly and so supportive to me and all other customers.
They also provide you with getting your own suit for future interviews and future occasions from an organisation in South Melbourne called, "Wear For Success.
I would most definitely recommend this Job Agency to everyone in Melbourne.

The ladies at wise employment are very caring and genuine about trying to help you find a job. Have never felt the amount of effort that wise has put in to find me a job from any other job provider company. Big thumbs up in particular to Anna & Naoko.

Wise is a nice place to visit, the staff are friendly. The office is located right next to the station making it easy to get to. There is a printer and several free computers to use to search for work. There is also a printer for printing resumes.

Wonderful, friendly team that go above and beyond!

The level of support I have received from Anna and the team is incredible!

Helpful leaflets set out on a table in the middle of the centre for anyone to use, staff are very friendly and clear regarding people’s requirements for job active, the whole place is inviting- especially regarding the open desks for the staff and pleasant decorations/comfortable seating.there are free use computers for those who don’t have access/don’t understand how to use them completely which gives them access to a wider range of potential jobs.naoko in particular has been extremely helpful to me personally and has taken the time to explain processes, helped me work on my resume and explained my rights as a young employee.

Feel very comfortable in the office while searching for jobs or attending interviews. Naoko is very nice and helpful with all job-related matters.
