Nicky is my consultant and she's absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for her candidates. Nicky has been and continues to be respectful and patient and she takes pride in what she does. I have been with Wise employment for about a year and I can only say good things about the staff I've dealt with. My case worker is Melek and she's been absolutely amazing. She's a very caring and helpful lady that's very understanding. I appreciate everything that she's done for me.

My experience with Meenu who works in narre warren wise employment was disgusting. Meenu is very Rude worker and putting a client down. She doesn’t listen to you and cut you off when you talk. She makes false reports by saying that she has send the client for the job referral which is not true and submit it to Centrelink that the client didn’t fullfill the requirements and the client doesn’t even know until you get a message from Centrelink. She thinks she is above you. Whenever I met her she always reminds me of “ you are getting Centrelink” with smiley ugly face which I feel so down and embarrassed.
I’m doing casual work and my hours sometimes goes up and sometimes down which is not my fault but she keeps saying me of you are doing this job and you will be on Centrelink once it’s school holidays and laughing at me, she kinds of saying me to leave this job. I asked her to find me suitable job related to my qualifications and experience but she never bothered herself and asked me to find it myself. If she thinks she is a Job provider and I’m a job seeker then she has to find me a job that’s part of her role. She doesn’t even know what’s the role of job Provider. She only knows how to get information from jobseekers and put that on the system that’s it.
Meenu Your unprofessional, horrible mannered.and disgusting when talking to your clients you always put them down. And you feel good about it. She always reminds the clients of getting Centrelink and Always threaten to cut peoples payments when she didn't get what she want. I cried the whole day although I had shift on that day. She just ruined my day by cutting my demerits without any reason.

I hope you personally feel good about your self for being a bully. Bullying over the years have caused people to take their own lives. You won't stop until its to late.
