Job service providers have a reputation for poor empathy in Australia, and I'd say that's usually deserved. You get called up and harassed every few weeks by somebody who treats you like a box to be ticked, it's awful.

Happily, my experience with WISE and with my JSP Kyrah defied the norm. I was supported in my employment journey with empathy, dignity and practical support. I was treated like the expert on my own life. Kyrah helped me back into study and provided informed and positive feedback throughout the process of job seeking. Now I'm about to start my new career off in the right way. Thank you to Kyrah and to WISE.
