I can’t thank the wonderful staff at WISE enough for giving me a whole new lease on life. I’m into week 6 of my new career and loving it! I’m out of the house and that dreadful depression, I’m meeting new people with a smile on my face, earning my own money again, and feeling proud of myself for the first time in a longtime.

A very special thank you to George for putting me onto this job, and putting in a great word for me. You gave me the the belief in myself that I could do it and that meant everything, I appreciate all you have done with the deepest gratitude.
And I have to also put in a very special thank you to Trish, you are my Angel. The support you have and continue to give me means so much, you’ve gone above and beyond to help me have a smooth transition into the workforce again. I will forever be grateful for everything and can’t thank you enough.

To ALL of the wonderful staff, (sorry if I didn’t mention you by name) please keep up the fantastic work, it’s all worth the hard work and time you put in to people who appreciate you.

The receptionist who answered the phone to me was extremely rude. Told me you don’t join up to a job network to get assistance with funding for a first aid course, which would have got me employed that week. So what do you join one for then? To come in, sit down and look pretty at multiple appointments? Job network agencies actually DO help fund things like this. I was told by a staff member at Centrelink. At least I have a plan and the motivation to actually get a job. Being a single parent with four kids, it will be a couple of weeks now until I can afford to do my first aid. So the job I had in the bag will be gone. THANKS A LOT.

Wise is only for themselves, some staff need more training. It seems that wise is much more interested in achieving there goals to keep contract with the government than the people who need help.

Rasha has gone above and beyond to deliver great applicants and has made the whole process seamless and easy. Will continue to use and recommend.

Probably the rudest person I've come across. She literally repeated the same thing twice and just hung up. If you don't like your job there lady there's plenty of us who would be glad to take it off your unprofessional hands.

They don’t know what they doing they just abusing their customers unfortunately they play with the people they making easily money for them selves!

This place is a joke I’m not happy with the service I wish I had never signed up to wise.
They won’t listen to you won’t help you with resume you have to go do it youself, please can someone shut down this place.

If I could give this a zero I would, bad service, consultant would not help out they are very sneaky will laugh and talk behind your back I have seen this befor.

Wise is the best employment agency staff are friendly and welcoming. Thank you wise employment.

These guys are amazing the dedication and enthusiasm they have to getting me a job is above and beyond my expectations it may help that I'm happy to do nilly any job where other job seekers aren't I have only been with Wise Employment for just over 2weeks and they have had me 3 interviews and 2other job prospects and now I start a job tryout on Friday thank you so much for your hard work. PS 3months I was with max employment Wonthaggi and they did not help me look for one job and they had no care for there clients so once again thank you so much WISE Employment
