Winning Services Warehouse (Not Retail/Showroom)

If you want a simple delivery I have found this guys to be good and attentive. However, if you need extra work done, reconsider. I had a rangehood installed a couple of months ago with very poor carpentry craftsmanship. The first installation was simply unusable because they found structural elements when placing the ducting. They didn't even bother to tell me and walked away knowingly, so had to had my plumber fix it. In the process they also chipped my cabinetry, ruined forever since painting won't match. The service was very amateur to put it mildly. In the end it took hours of phone calls and about 4 visits for them to rectify things to a not terrible level. I still have a wall cover that has a visible gap and an oversize box to cover their original mistakes. They said they would fix the wall cover. I am not calling again so I think that's it. Go elsewhere.

Appliances Online Delivery - they arrived over an hour after the delivery window timeframe had passed, their confirmation that the driver is on his way and will arrive in approximately 30 mins (which again, was after the delivery time period had passed) was an hour and 30 mins later. This caused me to miss other appointments and kept me at home longer than was necessary. Disappointing time management and communication.
Delivery driver also parked half in my driveway, half on the road, obscuring other vehicles from passing and forcing the road down to one lane. I have a large, open driveway and he could have easily parked further down without hitting anything/damaging his vehicle and making it clear for traffic to pass.
Only redeeming fact was that it was delivered on the day it was scheduled.

The services of these bunch are entirely at another level. Very efficient, courteous and professional service. Sulaiman and his team were very professional and on time.

Dreadful. Gave 20 minutes notice of delivery window. Then called my phone fifteen times in a row. No exaggeration - 15 times whilst I was in a doctor's appointment. When I tried to call back - nearly impossible to get in touch with them. Do not use if possible.

Tony and his crew delivered our new washing machine. He and his team were on time, efficient and accommodating - especially at 6: 30am. They took away our old machine, hooked up and tested our new machine. Winning Services is an accurate description of these guys. If Tony is delivering your appliance - you're in great hands.

Pradeep and his partner delivered a new washing machine also removing the old one this morning.
Both workers were courteous, careful and very efficient. I couldn't thank enough.

Ordered a double oven from Appliances Online. The delivery and installation service provided by Dave from Winning Services was absolutely impeccable. He took pride in his job and went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was perfect. He was polite and punctual. It was a pleasure to deal with Dave and Appliances Online, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Delivery day and installation organised, took day off of work. No one showed. Called multiple times just to be told they actually don't know where my $3000 item is.
This service is wild.can't get through for anyone to tell me where my item is!

Rashpal and Mahabu provided exceptional service by having 3 large NordicTrack equipment to be delivered and installed today. They are very professional and experienced throughout the 2.5 hours. Both went above and beyond to show us how to use and maintain the equipment as well as cleaning up the boxes after installation. They were extremely meticulous in adjusting the alignments as well. I could not ask for a better service. 10 out 5 stars if I can rate!

Raj and Mac deserve a bonus! The lift was out of order and they carried the washing machine up two flights of stairs without complaint. Courteous and pleasant, they went above and beyond to install my washing machine into a very difficult space. They tested the machine and explained the functions and were very professional. I will continue to buy from Appliances Online due to their outstanding delivery & installation service. Thanks Raj & Mac.

Kept us updated through out the day on where our delivery would be, and was still on time even though running late. Very quick and easy delivery, definitely would recommend!

Delivery arranged, 2 hr window notification received at 7am, 30 Min notice received. And no one shows up.
Phone number rings out, customer service ranking. Minus 10
Order cancelled through supplier at 5pm (at least they answer their phones). Worst delivery experience.

Thanks guys. Really lovely delivery people. Ten out of ten for excellent customer service. Won't hesitate to recommend you in the future.

Parked in the middle of a busy street and refused to move the truck, completely blocking up the road and traffic. Guy was insanely rude.

Great communication, friendly and helpful. My delivery window was 10.30-12.30pm but I had to leave before 12pm. These amazing guys managed to squeeze in my delivery before 12! Best delivery service I've had!
