Have used Winning Edge for many years for promotional products, trophies and plaques and the are quick, reliable and excellent quality. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough for service and quality.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with these guys. Needed engraving on a crystal piece with two parts. They took the first part out of the box and didn't notice the second part and once engraved and placed together, the engraving was upside down. I am usually happy if I get an apology and willingness to solve, however no one said sorry and it was left to me to run around the city madly to replace the item and take it back to be engraved again.
There was no discount for my stress and inconvenience. Item cost $99 and to engrave a name was on it was $71.
