I have never had a white goods purchase and delivery go this well. I might have lucked out but Winning had the best price even if I didn’t include delivery and removal built into the cost. I made my purchase on Sunday, had free delivery, installation and removal all the next Monday morning. I loved the two hours out notification, the 30 minutes out text and a quick call 15 min or so before they arrived. They were efficient, fast, polite and I’m absolutely stoked with how this went. I will be recommending Winning to all my friends.

Terrible Customer Service from Winning and Elica. Bought 2 expensive island range hoods that were damaged in transit from Europe. Elica and Winning refuse to honour the 2 year advertised warranty and have been giving us the run around for months. Cannot use the units and no replacement given. Also, being told we must pay to repair them ourselves. Would never purchase from either of these companies again. Epic customer service fail!

I have been dealing with many appliance dealers over the 40 years as a builder. On a personal note we needed a full kitchen set of appliances and went to Winnings. Well I must say what a great place good old fashioned service and really knowledgeable of their products and the chief will even cook a piece of lamb in their ovens to show how good and easy it is to use. I’m renovating my kitchen and purchased all appliances from a large competitor in July. The day before delivery (2 months after purchase) they had no idea when the sink would be delivered. They stuffed me around with the oven too and they had the audacity to charge me a extra to buy another oven. I cancelled my order on Monday, contacted Winning Appliances and the sink was delivered on Tuesday. No drama at all. It was so hard to deal with their competitor. Dealing with Winning Appliances was so easy and I give them 5 stars for their customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Great showroom and product display with a lovely team to support your queries. Our entire house has VZUG and Miele appliances and we are very happy with our purchases and staff support.

Very professional, large display location, making it easy to compare and make decisions, just a bit disappointed that the Richmond store did not display information and prices like the Brighton store did.

The easiest white goods purchase in my life. Bought a big ticket washer/dryer & paid additional for installation. Communication on delivery date was informative & right on time. Delivery men we quick & efficient, installing the washer with no complications. They were friendly, polite & professional. I was refunded the installation fee as it wasnt required for the job & I was very impressed with that. 10/10 would purchase from this store again. Very happy.

We struck gold with our customer service rep. Rock was incredibly knowledgeable about all the details. We’re renovating our kitchen and Rock had all the detailed information we needed to make the process of choosing appliances a lot easier. His advice was absolutely expert and we are 100% confident in our choices. Most professional and knowledgeable person we’ve come across in this field.

Very poor customer service. We went to Winning Appliances to buy all our kitchen and laundry appliances for our new home. They started off friendly then suggested we go to the Good Guys to gather information and view appliances but still purchase with them, which hardly seemed fair for the Good Guys. After we did our homework and we were ready to buy we tried to contact our sales rep and it took nearly a week and multiple calls and emails to get through. We managed to only purchase a couple of items from them in the end, and from there they were difficult to contact to organise delivery so we were forced to deal directly with the supplier. Very disappointing. Will be doing my shopping at the Good Guys in future who I highly recommend.

Next day delivery without extra cost. Very professional staff delivered the washing machine and installed it then took all the packages away. Great experience

After having the runaround buy another retailer telling me my Kitchen sink will be here within 8-10 day's to now being 2 month's I wasn't happy, so I called Winning Appliances & spoke to Judy very helpful said to me I will have one delivered to you tomorrow & sure enough Ahmed very polite was at my door at 8am & also opened the box to check for damage. A BIG all-round Thankyou to Winning Appliances. Will be back.

Great staff and communication. Delivery guys were brilliant and uncomplaining when faced with 5 storey stair hike with old, replaced appliance.
