I purchased a large automatic coffee machine from Appliances Online late one afternoon and it was delivered the next morning! Retail stores had a 5 - 12 day delivery wait. Don't know how Appliances Online achieve such rapid service - and free delivery and no more expensive than stores! They've won me over
Appliances Online (part of Winning Appliances). I experienced possibly one of the smoothest and efficient transactions of a white good item I have ever placed. In summary, I made a call yesterday morning about the price difference from late night beforehand and the customer service operator was very helpful and agreed to the price I originally saw and took a photo of. It was the most seamless transaction, with the fridge being delivered today, not even 24hrs after ordering it! The delivery people were brilliant with them removing the old fridge for recycling and putting in place the new fridge. Super fast and I will be purchasing from Appliances Online again. Highly recommended.
* Further purchase which arrived yesterday, 13 January 2021. Ahmed, the delivery driver & installer was outstanding yet again. Purchased the washing machine the day before & was delivered just over 24hrs later. Appliances Online is our go-to place & the washing machine was the fourth purchase through them. Thank you.
I just had a dryer delivered to Shepparton from Laverton. The two guys brought the dryer inside, unpacked it and took the packaging away with them. Not only was it delivered exactly when I was told it would be delivered in an email, but they were the nicest, most polite people you could hope to meet. Thank you for such a great buying experience!
Very prompt delivery, coupled with great price and excellent service. Ordered a gas cooker and microwave as two separate transactions via their ebay store and both items were delivered at the same time the next day. Highly recommended.
Staff member I dealt with totally incompetent and lied several times. Took over three months to get a refund on my purchase. Emailed them continually and did not receive one call back from their staff members. Each time I called back I had to deal with someone else.
