I have mixed feelings. I connected well with Anthy. And enjoy my session. But recently the reception haven’t been any help. I use to be on Saturdays. But due to new job. I can’t do Saturday. And told them. And could only do Thursday. I told this them October 2022. I was told by receptionist. Put you on cancellation list. Which is fine. It’s Jan 2023. And heard nothing. I called back to see what is going on. And I got. You’re still on list. Call you if anything changes. Didn’t try to get me in a later date at all. So thou I enjoy Anthy. Just feel the receptionist doesn’t really want to help. So I am going to go somewhere else.

Personally I went here for awhile but the constant calls in between the consultant didn't make for a great experience and always leaving the room not good if you want real help only get less than half your session time but staff were always great and humble so are the psychologists too but just seems they are too far stretched need better organization and not to mention all the mess up with my appointments I was sick of rocking up and your appointment isn't booked. Happened too many times for my liking

Today i.e 16/03/22 at 3: 30 pm coz I was told it’s my next appointment. Left early from work and went was told by bloke at reception I don’t have any appointment. Anthy told in front of Polynesians male receptionist to book for today and told me but sadly can’t do simple job and I’m not going there anymore

Dr Duffy is just Amazing, very gentle, empathetic, sincere and genuinely cares about his position and his clients in order to help as best as he can.
Thankyou Dr Duffy and Haze (Reception) you have helped me more than you could ever know.

Anthy is caring and empathetic and I couldn’t have asked for a better professional to help me in my life. Highly recommend.

I'm still finding it hard to bring myself to reach out for much needed counselling after having been at this 'centre' over three years ago.
I felt overlooked and my appointment consisted of my 'therapist' needing to take calls constantly from their parent who called frequently interrupting many of my sessions and being told to draw pictures of my feelings like a child whist they took the private calls! I went to great efforts to make time for my appointments and felt let down almost everytime. This wasn't helping me but rather made me feel even more worthless, as even tho somebody was paid to listen and help me stratagise, they still took advantage of my venerablities to manoeuvre their personal interests during my very preocious time allocated.
I felt I needed to write a public review as I am still so hurt by this mistreatment.

A great psychology practice filled with people who are genuinely caring, helpful and supportive. I always left my appointment feeling more hopeful and positive. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs this type of treatment/support.
