7 I didn't have much of a good experience here, particularly with MCH.first, one nurse absolutely traumatised us as new parents. I don't even want to talk about it.and then when she left, the new one was rude and absolutely useless with appointments.she told us to come in the next day at 11, we got there 5 minutes before, waited in the hallway for 45 minutes while she tended to another person.while waiting, our baby started getting kinda grumpy with sitting there and a woman came out of a room and basically told us to "shut the baby up because she's teaching a class".
first of all, why would you teach a class next to a maternity nurse office if you're worried about noise.second of all, it was the nurses fault for not seeing to us when she was supposed to.we had another appointment to go to, so we came up and knocked on the door only for the nurse to wave us away like we were an inconvenience.we just left and never went back after that.gave an extra star because one of the nurses who was temporarily there was super kind to us while we were having a rough time.
What a legend in the community. Amazing food bank and friendly receptionist and staff. Overall 10 out of 10.
Very good community organisation, there services are amezing. Legal, food, finding a work, community garden, etc lot of services they have. Good work ethics, they are helping to diversify communities, from bottom of theire harts.
Great place to book for meetings and the staff even got me a taller seat yesterday without me asking. Beware of the car park as of a week ago it had many potholes in it. I had a fall and ended up in hospital overnight but am very bruised. The staff there and at the hospital were superb and made a painful time a bit better.
Great community venue, with many programs for familys new & old.
Legal services and maternal health care service are available with lots of other programs.
