I specifically requested that the box be delivered to my apartment as I am disabled. Instead it was left in the foyer with no attempt made to contact me. I would give no stars if that was possible.

Great range of premium wines. Wine came properly wrapped (important for WA) and was held during recent high heat. A great service all round.

Ordering and delivery were done super quickly. I was quite impressed. No delivery fee for metro areas is nice too. We’ll done Wine House!

I couldn’t recommend anymore! I placed an order Tuesday and it was delivered 2 days later!

Great service. Currently staying overseas, so this is my go-to for sending gifts in Melbourne. Prices are very reasonable for the quality provided, the combos they sell are very well-picked, and their timeliness has been spectacular so far. The gift card we requested recently was also hand written, which was a very nice touch.

I completed the French Wine Scholar course through Winehouse. It was a fantastic course but the best part was the in person classes with wine tastings. Tutors at Winehouse were excellent and made the course really good fun. The wines to taste were amazing too

I bought from Melbourne WineHouse 8 bottles of wine with average price $141 - relatively expensive wines that deserved careful handling. I was pleased to see they were packaged well. BUT the courier left them on the bottom front step, exposed to direct sunlight for most of the day and not under any cover from weather. With little effort, if the courier had walked up 6 steps he/she could have placed the wines under full over and protected from sun and rain. He/she could also have rung the doorbell to alert us to the delivery. I suggest Melbourne WineHouse should change the courier firm used.

I was seeking Some Rokky Rockford basket pressed shiraz and was able to discuss my order and obtain the bottles I wanted >>Plus the gentleman who served me in the City premises was helpful and interesting to discuss other wines

Ordered box of wine on 3rd November and still not received. Aust Post cannot even find my wine.
