I am a first home buyer (single female) and I felt very ill informed of the whole process of buying my first home, but Litsa guided me through the process. It was not daunting for me with Litsa's support. Litsa explained things in terms that I could understand. I asked many silly questions and they were met with kindness and respect. I did not feel I had to micromanage the situation, which was a huge relief.
Litsa was very responsive to emails and advocated for me very well with the sellers property conveyancer.
When it came to settlement, there was some issues related to the bank not submitting paper work (despite the deposit being paid x6 weeks prior), but Litsa noticed on Pexa and was on it!

2022 Update: It is the second time Windsor Legal helped me with my property conveyancing. Everything went smoothly due to the hard work from Litsa. Windsor Legal also updated their process and tools to make the whole journey even easier, and more transparent.
