Windscreen Boss

Great service! Reasonable pricing! I called these guys up after 2 other places quoted me a few hundred dollars more.

I purchased a brand new vehicle valued at $45000. Unfortunately after 2 months of owning my vehicle my windscreen got chipped and needed to be replaced. I approached Windscreen Boss hence they were the cheapest as I was ringing around for quotations. They replaced the windscreen and the job was honestly discusting and appalling workmanship they hacked and cut my external windshield trim and left it loose and just hanging. And in the interior the trims were marked and damaged. I called the company as soon as I finished work and they wouldn't take ownership or responsibility of there poor quality of work and service. They sent me to another windscreen dealership in the area where this dealer didn't want to touch it and said "WINDSCREEN BOSS always handball there unfinished unprofessional work to me. And there giving my buisness a bad reputation". He was extremely dissapointed and upset with WINDSCREEN BOSS.
I than noticed my radio frequency was very sensitive and extremely poor connection through my local radio stations and keeped interfering with static noises going through my FM/AM and my AV cigarette socket was also making interference with my radio this was making me really stressed and helpless as now this has become a huge issue with my windscreen and possibly being a faulty Aerial which is built in the windscreen shield. I called the company in regards to rectifying these issues and to resolve them in a respectful manner, and most importantly making the customer satisfied. I never experienced that from WINDSCREEN BOSS infact all the oppostite. All I got in response was abusing me and threatening me and blocking my phone calls.
WINDSCREEN BOSS might be the cheapest but there quality is very poor and cheap and on top they don't want to take any accountability for there customers not being satisfied with there quality of product and workmanship!

I had a great experience with Mr Leo. He not only fixed my car's window perfectly but also added a missing rubber seal that the car didnt have and also made sure to vacuum up all the glass to ensure it was safe for using. Professional and efficient service. Highly recommended!

Got a cracked windscreen replaced, when they were finished left broken glass everywhere in the vents, seats & carpet. Wasn’t going to write a review, but after getting a constant reminder everyday I’m the pain in my foot from embedded glass 3 months on, I thought stuff it. Absolutely clowns they also used so much glue that’s stuck to the headlining I can’t even install a dash cam

What a great bloke called after lunch today for my mum and he picked up a new windscreen and put it in after 8: 30 pm after calling 20 other places and being told either it would take a week to get a windscreen or it would be 2 months to get a booking what a fantastic guy thanks so much would recommend to anyone

Leo was such a good communicator. He rang back when he said he would (this is not to be taken for granted!). He replied to all my queries immediately and was very polite and professional. Leo sourced my son's rear windscreen without delay and was ready to install it asap. He and his working partner did a great job and cleaned up as well. I highly recommend Leo for a job well done!
