10 LOVE this shop. So many wonderful choices for children of all ages.
During 2021 I made the mistake of using an online shop which was a disaster.
Everything is here in Melbourne in this shop. Lovely customer service and free gift wrapping finished off the experience
What a fabulous shop with such a great range of interesting toys and kindergarten equipment. The lady was knowledgeable and helped me find just the right things and wrapped up the ones that were presents beautifully. I really like their gorgeous birthday cards too.
I'm a big fan. Windmill have an amazing range of educational toys for birthdays, Christmas etc. We have been customers for years because they have lots of items you would never find in a mainstream toy store. Be aware, it is a mid-sized space with a lot packed into it, so keep young kids close. The website has most products & they still do a catalogue (I think). Leon
A shop assistant followed my toddler around and took toys off her (isn't it a child's store) they were not fragile or breakable. And very rude, not very good customer service. Regret spending $200 there. Will not return.and you think with covid times and people trying to support local and not online shopping I would be treated better.
Always fantastic even during these difficult times. My grandchilren have not missed out at birthday times because of Windmill.
I love shopping at Windmill! The staff are friendly and very helpful in making suggestions for presents There are a wide variety of toys ranging in price and they also sell educational products. Sue Kennedy
Overpriced toys. The lady with the brown hair and glasses was so rude and clearly didn’t like kids. Highly recommend going to the Maling Road toy store or Glenferrie Road one instead.
Staff could not have been more accommodating. My dealings both over the phone and in the shop were professional and helpful.
Windmill is my go to for kids presents. The staff are fantastic with their recommendations and they gift wrap too! What a wonderful business)
