The new building layout is great! So much more room for fitting spare parts to grab, and the layout makes more sense in organising where parts are to look.

This Store saved me $370! Apple wanted $380 to replace imac screen. I called wiltronics / jaycar Ballarat to ask for a apple screwdriver kit. Cost me $10.95 for the kit, the shop offered me various kits and prices but ultimately saved me $370+ by doing it myself. Thank you so much

Just received 2 Duracell 245 batteries from an order placed on June 1st 2018, received it on June 7th 2018 only to find that both batteries were "Best Before 2014"

Second time I have been in there and poor service again. Not even acknowledged that I am waiting. I ended up walking out after 10 minutes will never be returning. Very disappointed!

Great place to find all your electronic needs. Great team of knowledgable sales people. My only complaint is that I'd love them to be open more hours on the weekend.

Tried to buy a few items from them on eBay. One item was either not sent or lost. They were not good at responding to my questions, but eventually resolved the issue and sent a replacement. The quality of what they sell is unpredictable. The Arduino sensors I bought from them were good. But the Arduino board was of awful quality: hand-soldered SMD components, wrong voltage regulator chip (not rated for the expected voltage range).

Great prices and fast delivery. The sales team were all too happy to grab items off the shelf and measure them up for me prior to placing the order to ensure they suited my needs. When my package arrived I noticed that the glass measuring cylinder I ordered had been damaged in transit (despite being carefully packaged). A quick phone call to Wiltronics and a replacement was in the post the same without argument. Highly recommended!
