Local hardware store. Stocks a large range of items, I haven't come in & not been able to find what I've needed thus far. Staff go above & beyond to help locate items & also W advice & are always very friendly. P.s - beards are fine. Great experiences shopping here each time:)

Michael told me he was going to give me the best possible price on some timber I purchased from them yesterday. Checked my receipt when I got in the car to find out that he charged me $72 per piece when every other supplier charges $62.50. I bought 29 pieces with an additional 10 posts.

Outstanding, long-standing service. Part of a proud tradition where courteous knowledgeable service is the way all that lovely Wilson’s team go. As I have aged I have become even more deeply appreciative of the depth of their concern for customers. Pensioners are not big spenders either. Thank you for just being amazing.

Excellent customer service. Plenty of parking too! Leave before 3pm Weekdays, as traffic congestion is huge!

Great local hardware store. I have been going here for many years now. I always try to buy locally here first. Always friendly with helpful advice and service. Not the biggest selection in comparison to Bunnings but mostly i find they have what i need without the huge walk around. DIY rewards card is worth getting onto if you are at the hardware shop a bit. Comes in handy the $$ accumulated on purchases which can be redeemed later on.

Good local hardware store with excellent range timber, paint, tools and anything else you'd want at a hardware store.

What a joke of a hardware store been there several times one time said they had so me thing in stock wasn’t there when got there also went there guy went on about ash trays for my Weber there was a Weber I tried there they did fit. That’s why I use Bunnings someone bout time we had better shops in Bacchus

Smaller variety of stock compared to Bunnings but the quality is just as good, the service is friendly and helpful. Prices are slightly higher than Bunnings, but you would be supporting a local business.

Not a bad hardware store and prices not a huge range. They could have made this site so much bigger and better though. Make sure you sign up for a rewards card to save some coin if you go often. And just a suggestion if management or the owners read this the entrance to the store where the ramp and all that is before the doors is really dirty it looks terrible 1 hour with a pressure washer and it would make the entrance so much more inviting.

Wow what a fantastic hardware store so helpful with old school customer Service.would highly recommend them especially if your not sure what your looking for.

Walk in get what you want.help available if needed, got what I needed in less than a quarter of the time in Bunnings

I love this shop is where I bought my tools from but I really love the breakfast they have for the customers in the mornings
