25 I would like to thank the wonderful staff at Wilson’s Security who helped me get from the Uber to the Jetstar check in in Melbourne and also on my way home they helped me get from the baggage claim to the taxi.
I am using two crutches so I couldn’t manage to wheel my suitcase as well. The men who helped me were very accommodating and were more than happy to help.

Extremely unprofessional security staff. The security guard at station pier yelled abuse at me over nothing. He clearly had some kind of anger management issues. He had very poor communication skills and no professional standards. Nobody should should speak the way that security guard spoke.
Pathetic training, poor English and wouldn't identify himself other than a extremely fast opening of some kind of wallet to show the name Wilson and some kind of a silver badge. No name given. Totally focused on getting my credit cards and drivers license into his hands (GEE. I WONDER WHY). He then had the audacity to say my car was probably stolen and my name false. ABSOLUTELY TRUE.
Very ugly incident with security guard. I don't know who trains them and how much they pay to obtain licences. They should be taught basic manners and what the Australian Culture is based on.
Seriously, where do you find your employee's. Have reported him for his licence and will be taking legal action against him and Wilson.

Hey how come your security guards always wait for mark downs and take all the marked down food. Instead of leaving them for actual customers they take all the marked down food.
Especially the guard from the Flinders St Metro. Instead of guarding the store he is waiting for mark downs. Great employee.
Poorly trained guards at airport with no etiquette and don't have an idea how to treat people. Wilson you have to think if you want to stay for longer. Train them to treat people like they treat their family.
Security at ED during lunch shift at Epping hospital today was rude and added to a stressful situation. Terrible experience. Zero stars if I could for this particular security guard. Lucky hospital staff were nothing like their door man.
A Professional Security Company. If you can't get employed by Wilson or don't hear back from them after an interview you are clearly not good enough for the company. Go get a job at Monjon, they hire all the rejects no other company wants and pay under award slave wages.
In a very bad industry filled with terrible companies, this one is fairly decent and very professional.
Also, there were no COVID-19 outbreaks or transmissions into the community from any of the Quarantine Hotels that Wilson Security were guarding at. That says alot.
Avoid doing business with a company that treats its workforce so disrespectfully by underpaying and bullying/threatening said workforce at every turn.
I was helping my sister to set up the baby seat in to my sisters car. This guy with specs and ask me to remove the vehicle saying he can issue a ticket. INHUMAN. Get Rid of him from the job.time was around 7.15pm at Melbourne airport car park.
Wilson Security are very productive and efficient, playing on their phone.
This is why Wilson Security is the best. They are the best because they are master manipulators they show you want you want to see not the truth. Everyone hire Wilson Security because they will just play around and pretend they are working but they would only do nothing, know work.

As the other reviewer - Pretty Girl mentioned, the recruitment process at Wilson is worse than even small businesses that operate in local communities. Being the big company they brag about in interviews, they don't have the professionalism to get back to the applicants, tried asking for an update via phone and email but to no avail. I think there is a reason they advertise as "Private Advertiser" on SEEK due to their poor reputation. Glad never heard from them as I am sure would have dealt with ever more unprofessionalism if worked with them!
Everytime I enter a hospital the Wilson security guard is asleep in the chair.
Or barley speak English.
And stand around not intervening or assisting.
Just stand there.

If your thinking of apply for anything with Wilson Security "DON'T" they are slack and slow, not very professional at all. Went for an interview and still have not had a reply back and has been over 6 months now and still waiting for some one to let me know, very unprofessional lift your game! Lucky. I now have a new position with a great company that is reliable.
I was at Melbourne Airport there were two security guys and they were so rude and arrogant, I don’t why wilson security appointment them even they don’t know how to behave with a customer, rubbish service they provide and even there management team is useless.
Was at station pier in Melbourne getting into a ship and this guy Aresh Chopra from Wilson security was very rude for no reason at all. He got angry because I picked up a bag from a x ray line without him giving it to me. And when I asked him not to be rude he was telling me “you want to take to my supervisor? ” I just let it go because he basically ruined our evening on the ship. Good thing is I get to recommend security companies for events my company organises, so I now know who not to hire.
Wilsons security managment skills, Customer service skill, communication sills and problem solving skills are so terrible the worst security company i have approached, if your thinking of applying or calling for anything else, dont.
I was at Coles in Chapel St tonight. I went through a manned (by female staffed) checkout. On leaving the store I was confronted by a security guard who demanded to search my trolley. This was an illegal search from the start. Your security guards MUST know their legislation before they start asking customers to submit to illegal searches. Not impressed, I just ignored the security guard as is my legal right.
