Will’s Nails Sunbury

I've tried here a few times. No more. I prefer acrylic. After s visit my fingers are always scratched up, bleeding and stinging from harsh filing, this time my old acrylic had to be removed. They were removed with force, pushing a fake nail between the beds of my nail and the acrylic ripping them off, they were not filed down enough so they were literally ripped off and the pain was horrible. They cut the nail right down to nothing then further filed them even though I said I want the length I don't want fake tips. When the acrylic went on all the cuts and scrapes stung. When I went home my nail beds and under the nails ached and stung for few days I couldn't do anything to stop it.

I've seen couple different ladies, but it seems everyone there are rough and don't take care in their service. You're supposed to go to relax and have your nails done. It's kind of a treat.

I'm afraid I'm going elsewhere now. It's not normal to walk away bleeding and in pain.

My nails peeled off by one 1hour and i did not do anything that day and plus i got a toe effection and the staff were talking crap about ne in their language and I regretted going to wills nails but I am going to tell you don't do your nails at wills nails

Terrible place I have been there 3 times and everytime my nails have chipped after a few days of having them done never going back. Must be using old products. This has never happened at any other place I’ve been too. Very disappointed! 3rd strike and I’m done.

Not the worst nail place I've been too but less than 2 weeks and they are already starting to lift and chip. Last time I had my nails done (elsewhere) they started lifting after 5 weeks so this is disappointing also they are a bit lopsided and when I asked why they where not even she said it was just my finger

Unprofessional. Workers are on their phones while with clients. Make clients wait while they talk in back room. Do not clean area once client leaves and a new one arrives.

GO ELSEWHERE.

Not what i asked for, too short. Very rough and did not listen to my requests. Worst experience i’ve had at this place. Nails were for school formal and now i have to get them redone. 82 dollars down the drain.

Have been going to Will's Nail Sunbury for awhile now and always happy with their service. Love supporting local businesses when I can.

After asking the lady many times not to cut the corners of my toe nails she still did and took a massive chunck out of one of my big toes. She also used the same toe dividers as the lady before me! The lady before me handed them to her then she later pulled them out and put them on my feet! After all this I ended up at doctors today with an infection in toe and can barly walk on it. Have contacted Will Nails many times now for this poor service and no one wants to help! No compensation offered. DO NOT GO THERE! Pure Glow Nails much better!

The girls here do great service.best nail treatment I have had in years. Friendly, careful, and attentive service.

I got the sns ballerina & all I have to say is OMG I'm am absolutely in love & the butterfly is amazing?

My nails came off within two weeks and all the colour peeled off them like i’d imagine a slice off cheese would

Mei did such a great job in my glitter French sns nails today. I had a sore finger from an accident last night and she took extra care with me, taking her time to not hurt it anymore. My nails looks amazing…. And they last!

I have been getting my nails & lashes for the last 5 years and I have now found my home here! She is spot on, always does the best designs, my nails last for weeks like when I say weeks like 4 weeks normally they start to pop off in like 2 weeks! She also does my lash extensions and again they are always perfect! Kelly you are amazing! Thank you for always making sure I look my best! With out you I would be a mess! ️

2nd time I’ve been to Wills Nails in Sunbury. Beautifully done nails, and great conversation.
My tech knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn’t explain it properly and kept changing colours and did it perfectly. So so happy, thank you!

Quality care and value for money

The lady’s who work there were very nice and my pedicure was okay but my nails were not up to standards. I went here because of their good reviews and because they were recommended on Facebook so much so maybe I was just rushed? They were way too thick and were lifting within a few days.

Had a great experience with the staff giving me great advice on being able to achieve what I wanted
