Willow and Jag - Fountain Gate / Rocca Madden

I visited the store today but not happy with the customer service when I entered in the shop both staff was on the counter they didn’t even look at me and keep talking when I came for billing the lady was so rude she didn’t even say hi no eye contact & start scanning.this wasn’t the first time …I have experienced same thing before as well, rude staff, bad customer service. I will never visit this store again, very disappointed.

Exceptional customer service from the rocca madden team. Tracey kindly went above and beyond to accomodate an exchange of some gifted items for me, despite it being outside the exchange period. The shop assistants were friendly and helpful. There’s lots of gorgeous items to choose from and it is evident they value their customers. I will continue to shop here. Such beautiful designs and accessories. A very special shout out to Belinda and Dani whose customer service was above and beyond. They were both very helpful in helping me select the perfect gift and also gift wrapped the items for me. Highly recommend this store.

I attended the store today to exchange a gift I received. I don’t come to fountain gate often as I don’t live in the area but came purposely for this store.

The item I wanted to exchange was purchased three weeks ago and because their exchange policy is seven days I was advised that I could not get an exchange.

The sad part is that I was planning on buying several things in store but I immediately left and spent my money elsewhere. Now I am left with an item I don’t need and you are left with one less customer. Lose lose situation.

Even though I love their range, their policies are harsh and I won’t be coming back.

Been coming to buy outfits for my daughter since this store was a little place around the corner called willow & jag. Love all of the new stock they get in as everytime I come it's always something new. Not sure why a few is complaining about customer service with the blonde lady as I know very well who they mean and she is the absolute best to deal with, friendly polite and very helpful

What a beautiful shop and extremely helpful staff.
I started buying from this store when it very first opened and as we were expecting a couple of babies in the family at that time I purchased everything in in pinks and blues and beige.
The quality of these garments are second to none, these clothes have been passed on to other babies.
And once again I’m off to purchase some more for a new baby arriving soon.

Went in twice today no one helped me let alone acknowledged me, eye contact or simply say hi, and I was the only one in the store. Too busy gossiping about outside work drama

Bought some dresses for twins birthday.
They were good selection but unfortunately didn’t fit the size. Upon trying to exchange, they didn’t have the size I wanted and they refused to refund and they only offered a store voucher. I went to myers and bought another set of dress. I will never go back to this store again after this bad experience.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tracey. So overwhelmed with the great customer service l received from a truly amazing lady. I actually mucked up my online purchase order. I emailed Rocca Madden straight away and in no time l received a message from Tracey rectifying the problem. My items were delivered and so happy with the lovely outfits purchased for my granddaughter. I have always bought clothes for my grand daughter from this store as l find the quality, design and service is outstanding. A heartfelt thank you Tracey.

I love this store. One of my favourite stores for baby clothing. Lots of cute booties and lovely clothing for babies. Above and beyond customer service.

An absolutely fantastic shop to purchase Children's clothes, so cute and so well made, I have 2 Grandchildren that I love to dress from Willow & Jag the outfits are so lovely and up to date, very well priced, and the staff and shop are delightful.
