UNFORTUNATELY the receptionists are EXTREMELY rude, cold, arrogant and seem to think they run the show not the doctors. I’ve never ever had to endure such unfriendly staff, this both in person and on the phone. Having said that Dr Stojkovski Is a excellent doctor, caring professional and doesn’t mind going out of his way. He always took great care of my late mum.

Really recommend this practice, the doctors are great, professional with very good bedside manner. Very good with children as well, both our kids come here. They were open all thru COVID with face to face appts and when asked why said that they believe that it's important for the community and their patients to provide such attention.

Have been with Dr Raj for quite a number of years and like his pragmatic ways to be respectful and courtesy and the staff which I know have a difficult job have always been friendly. Special thanks guys great service

I have been seeing Dr Raj Suka for quite a few years and have found him to be fantastic. You never feel rushed. The reception staff are always pleasant either in person and on the phone. I have now moved regional and I will miss seeing Dr Suka

Dr Stojkovski is my main doctor, and I have also seen Dr Raj. I find both to be extremely caring and thorough. I also ffound reception to be very friendly. Overall a fantastic practice.

Their Doctors are skillful and professional, the front line staffs are lack of skill customer service, very rude and arrogant. Many other local clients are feeling the same.

Gave them a one star only because a lesser option was not provided. The gp manager is not suited to be the frontline face of the practice. I found her to be quite horrid and after talking to other locals, they shared similar sentiments.

Great clinic that is always clean and well presented. The Doctors don't just rush you out the door with a script they are knowledgeable, thorough and take the time to explain everything.

Raj has been my Doctor for more than 20 years. After following him to the Williamstown Medical Centre, I am more than happy with all the staff. All, very friendly and helpfull.

What a great team. Everyone makes you feel welcome. My family has had great care given here. Highly recommended.

I have been to a few GP's in Melbourne and the 2 here are heaps better. Dr Stojkovski in particular is patient, caring and attentive. Many time he has gone out of his way to be thourough and help my wife and I. This includes taking a phonecall and calling us back.
Reception staff are very professional and knowledgable.

Great staff and doctor's. Have been a regular at this clinic for sometime now and the caring staff coupled with knowledgeable GP's who do not watch the clock but instead take the time to engage with their patients makes for a refreshing experience.
