Williams Werribee

Staff on the phone possibly on a personal phone call and ignored and pretended to not see me. A Shame because there was a lovely pair of shoes that i really wanted but wanted help to find one size smaller. Well there is always another shop happy to have your business, so not my loss.

Edit: Changing my rating from 1 star to 4 due to the positive response from the owner / management.

Staff member pretended to look up the shoes that I came in to buy and insisted that they must be only available from their website - but when I called the Williams Highpoint store myself after leaving the Werribee store it turns out they have the shoes I was referring to - in store.
Won't be going back to the Werribee store as the staff member seems more interested in assisting those the same skin colour as herself rather than all of her customers indiscriminately. Other customers walked out whilst I was there complaining they were sick of waiting for service.
If the management hired better quality staff the sales would probably go up. I likely would have purchased two pairs of shoes today if I had been given the correct information from your staff member who is paid to at least try.
