Williams Glass & Doors

The guys at Williams Glass & Door kept us informed in regards to when the glass would arrived, had arrived and when they could fit it.

I engaged the services of Williams Glass and doors to make and install my shower screen I was told 2-3 weeks with 3 weeks being the biggest wait time. However after 3 weeks I was given the run around and with not having people call me back and no one really knowing what was going on, I had to call almost daily and when I was told they’d call me back they never did. All up I was waiting for 9 weeks and when the installer did come it only took him an hr or two. Really nice guy professional did a great job can fault the installation however the customer service was sub par and basically non existent I can’t say I’ll be engaging there services again.

Efficient and friendly. Helped out in an urgent situation and even helped clean up the broken glass and take it away. Very impressive service!

I called looking for a window for a shed and Heidi gave me excellent advice and helped me select a salvage window. Great service, attentive to my requirements.

The staff at Williams glass are both professional and prompt with their service and their product is great quality

Very friendly workers, however, probably not satisfied with the damage incurred whilst fitting the replacement window. I shall put our concerns in point form.
1. First of all, didn’t take their shoes off or at least ask if it was ok to wear them inside or it was necessary to wear because of the nature of the job. (shards of glass)
2. The damage to the upstairs passage door which was scoured whilst taking the broken window out.
3. Damage to bedroom door architrave and void entry ceiling whilst taking new window upstairs.
I was reluctant to complain about these issues and probably wouldn’t have, but the workers in question didn’t even acknowledge that the damage was done. We discovered the damage after they had left. I like to point out that the workers were very friendly and the end job was completed in competent way.
Probably looking elsewhere next time.

Shower screen installation - Poor communication, rescheduled with no notice, scrapes on new paintwork, poor silicon job and silicon all over and in our new toilet after they flushed the silicon covered paper down the toilet.
