4I had a very bad experience at Dandenong williams store this morning. Purchased Two shoes for son bill came $68.50 after applying the second pair discount although the selected second pair was not in stock and salesperson said it will be delivered to your address, after invoicing she said i need to pay $10 delivery because my total is below $69. For 50 cents she ask me to buy another pair then she said i can buy a Scholl for $3 to get free delivery and then later when she was preparing the bill i saw in the computer it suggest free delivery minimum criteria is only $65 and she said sorry i have been told to tell customer $69.i am very disappointed with the service i will never go to your store again.
Had a wonderful experience here. The staff member did an excellent job handling multiple clients in a busy sales period. She recommended me a fantastic pair of shoes that filled my specifications exactly and was more than able to find a size that suited. Definitely recommend, especially when it’s quieter.
Wherever you came to that store it's closed. Very lazy peace work there!
