4We were in the store yesterday, to the 2 staff members, we look at some shoes.but u seam to be more busy with talking to each other than to help, we left and went in to a store that wanted a sale.
Amanda sorted us out in less than 10 minutes without any hassle.
We recently brought some school shoes and they ended up coming apart which allowed water to get through, within the first 10 minutes we got a new pair with no charge.
Thank you Amanda!
Thank you Amanda who is a salesperson at Williams Shoes in Mildura.
Spoke to Amanda today 29th July and was good enough to put aside a pair of of shoes aside for me for my sister to pick up on my behalf.
I phoned from Adelaide.
Thank you Amanda and kindest regards. Dennis.
I was shopping for two pairs of shoes and was told by the cashier that I would get ‘Heel Protectors’ half price. When the subtotal did not include the half price deal for the ‘Heel Protectors’, I asked the cashier why. The cashier explained that if you buy two pairs of shoes, the cheaper one then became half price, this meant I didn’t get half price on the ‘Heel Protectors’. My question is why the deal changes when the cashier knew I was shopping for two pairs of shoes? In the end, I felt that I was mislead and got the ‘Heel protectors’ anyway so that the shoes wouldn't rub on heels. Months later, it's still uncomfortable to wear the shoes, even though they are both the correct size. Both the shoes rub on all places of my feet and the 'Heel Protectors' lasted a few wears.
