Terrible customer service. I understand the worker was attending to another customer, so I don’t expect to be served as soon as I walk in but I was never even acknowledged. I waited and waited and waited, didn’t even turn around to me and say “sorry, won’t be a moment” she knew I was there. It actually took for the current customer to ask that she assist me, and her response was one of annoyance. When she finally decided to assist me, I got no “thanks for waiting or sorry for the wait” all I got was Hi (and let me tell you, that was an effort, no smile nothing)! Such an awful uncomfortable interaction. Very very disappointed. I traveled 45 minutes to come here and to leave bitterly dissatisfied and without a pair of shoes! Honestly if I return, I will not purchase if the same person is working!

They always hire the roundest staff there. (especially in weekdays).

Brought Williams shoes on line how ever due to a change on my part took them back to Craigieburn where the women at the store (sorry did not get her name) help me out heaps even went to the effort of calling another store to check stocks for well knowing she would not get the sale please if you want shoes check out Williams Craigieburn

Good shoes but terrible customer service. The sales assistant didn't help at all. He just looked confused.

The staff doesn’t even want to move a little bit to answer customers query. Lazy customer service.

Back in June just one month after I lost my husband to cancer Vanessa showed me genuine compassion while shopping. Today I returned to the store for school shoes for my son. Not only did Vanessa remember me and my loss she also remembered the brand AND style of my sons shoe’s. After a 35 year career in Retail Area Management I know what great customer service is. Vanessa delivers by the bucket load. She’s a keeper and would be a great trainer.

I brought two pairs of shoes from the craigieburn store.
When I got home, I kept prosisting, with them, as they were really tight. I recently found that I had been given one pair, the wrong size, and the other pair, were two different sizes.
I took them back to the store, and was somewhat called a liar. The staff member was out of line, and was so rude.
I will never buy from that store again.

Fantastic service Vanessa. I’m so happy with my purchase and the great customer service. In this day and age where it is very rare.will be back.
