I came today to buy some school shoes and Ameera was so helpful and nice. She knew what she was doing and recommended the perfect shoes for me, which I love. She was really kind and she knew everything all about the brands and which one would suit me best. Will definitely be coming back.

The Indian girl from on the reception around 4.30 pm was rude and I when I asked her for a certain type of shoes which was available in their store as per the online data. Even if it wasn't available she should've showed me alternatives but she rather said no these r not available and started doing her work and didn't bother asking me for something else. This is at least not the kind of customer service we'd expect. I'm never going there again if we don't get respect

Super bad sales team at Highpoint who aren't trained. I rang this morning to do an exchange (my shoe arrived flawed from the warehouse) and the young girl said there was none of my shoe anywhere. One phone call to Werribee Plaza store and Boom. They said there were multiple pairs and directed me to the stores.
This is the 2nd time Highpoint store have given me wrong information - at least this time I was not sent to a store miles away to find a different colour and different style shoe on hold to what was apparently ordered by them.

Took a pair of black shoes over to Larita for a specific size, to purchase for my mum, for a funeral, which she got …. Or so I thought. Went home & found the shoes were a tan colour. Not happy at the inconvenience of having to return. Really disappointing that you have to check everything these days and not assume people can do their jobs properly.

I bought my first pair of ankle high Hush Puppies from Williams, nine months ago. I was hesitant at buying them because my feet tend to sweat a little more than average, in saying that these shoes have been perfect and I've not hand any problems. Until 3 months ago when the inside lining back heel part started to break up and tear away from the boot it self ruining my socks, wearing holes in the heels and giving me blisters. I thought it was a normal part of the wear and tear, but I decided to find out from the Head Office what they thought. I was told to take them back to the store and see what they would do. I just want to say that when I took them back to Williams I thought it was going to be an uncomfortable, argumentative and stressful situation trying to explain what happened. I was blown away by the customer service I received from Rebecca, which was incredible. She examined the shoes, asked me a few questions, checked my reciept and processed a full replacement of the shoes and had them delivered to me in a few days. Thank you Rebecca for making this easy and quick. I will definitely be buying more shoes in the future from this store.

Good customer service and value, unless you want a lot of spam don't provide email address for loyalty scheme.

Rude, dishonest and unhelpful. Refused to accept a return of an unworn pair of shoes, pointing out non-existant scuffs. Rebecca who served me was rude from the outset and clearly decided not to process the return before even opening the box.

Bad quality. Kids shoes for school its very bad quality and very expansive. 180 dollars just for school shoes. Not real leather. Its Chinese leather. What a reap off
