One of the worst customer service I've experienced yesterday around 11am by a blonde lady who served my fiancé and I. No greeting with a smile and her vibe felt like she didn't want to serve us and couldn't be bothered to be working. I felt being judged regardless I bought $150 pair of shoes. Also when the blonde lady went to get my shoes she didn't use a ladder for her to reach my size and she made me feel as though one of the boxes was going to fall on my head. If you don't believe me check the camera. Unlike other stores I visited and bought from too today they had excellent customer service with a smile mind you. When I went to purchase my shoes a brunette lady looked at me with judgemental look on her face. Do better service with a smile next time ladies and with enthusiastism because you just never know who you'll be serving that will rate your service.

There are a great range of shoes with great prices. Only problem is which ones to choose? Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I’ve been waiting for a good 20 mins and the lady that’s on today is so arrogant. I normally come here to buy shoes but would think again.

Dropped into buy a pair of school shoes for my son. Omi was so very helpful and friendly. The best shoe shopping experience we’ve had. I could see the other sales person (older lady) was quite harried though. Suggest more team members on the floor as it was quite busy. Thank you again Omi for your wonderful customer service!

Bad customer service. Viisted the store on 12 th May 2023 to return a pair of shoes. The blonde sales girl No smile on the face, no greeting, no friendliness, grumbled that I have brought the wrong box but I gave the receipt the box was the other pair I bought. I said thank you after she processed the payment back to my account. She didn't even acknowledge me. I gave her back the plastic bag and told her its nice to say something nice when some one thank you and she said I did! In a firm voice and screamed Bye! When I was out of the shop walking away. Very sarcastic. She was ablonde girl. I didn't see her name. Bad customer service. No more shoes from Williams Thank you.

Did not have any sandals in my size. Any at all. I suggested she "just bring out what you have in my size" and the assistant came back and said there was nothing.

Good shop to buy reasonable shoes and sandals as long as you know your price range.lots to choose and staff are quite helpful to help you.

Didn't have the shoe I wanted in my size but was able to find another store only a short walk away.

Great selection too. Their genuine leather shoes last long enough and are comfy enough to justify their price.

Absolutely best service, staff were run off their feet very friendly very attentive to every customer in the store and there were lots of customers.

Had a good experience when buying shoes but due to poor quality both of my daughters shoes broke within two weeks a day of each other. Upon taking them back was met with poor excuses placing the blame on my kids. It is clearly is poor manufacturing! Not how you deal with a customer! No apology nothing! Needs customer service training!

Good shoe shop with plenty of range and good prices. Staff are nice and helpful and store is neat. Recommended for footwear with good value.

Impressive selection of shoes. Was very happy with the service provided. Can't remember the name but, she was very helpful in finding the required size and also offer to make an order and send it a cross if the size was not available. There was a buy one get the other 1/2 price offer, so got two pairs of shoes. One business and one casual. Very happy with both the shows.

So my wife, son and mother in-law came in today to redeem a gift voucher and revived a less than satisfactory customer service experience from the middle aged brunette sales lady. They left and went to south land instead.

Today I was thoroughly impressed with a shop assistant named Felicity. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist by asking questions to figure out what I was after as well as getting any shoe size I was wanting to try on - all with courtesy & friendliness while the shop was busy. She competently juggled several things at once. I think she should be acknowledged for outstanding competence & customer service.
