Staff was unprofessional. Don’t know how to process exchange. She said she need to do charge card and process refund to do exchange. Then she Charged my card twice instead, and said it was me wanted to do the exchange at the first place. I thought it should be within store staff knowledge how to do exchange?

The Glen seems to be understaffed, but mostly I have found that this pair of “I love Billy” sandals has lasted one summer and can no longer be worn. When I went to wear it again this summer, this is what I found. The store said to go online to contact the company as it was past 30 days. The company said that given it has been a year, they wouldn’t investigate if it’s a fault, and I heard nothing about passing on feedback about quality. I made clear that I didn’t want a refund or any kind of credit, I wanted to know if all their shoes are this quality. Given the response, it seems they must be and there is no care for quality or the environment. I have a pair of Kmart sandals (almost identical style, different colour) that has lasted 4 years and are still going. I’m not willing to contribute to environmental waste in this way. If you care about quality and/or the environment, I’d suggest you avoid this brand also.

Store is inside The Glen, on the top floor. Helpful & friendly staff. Name brands: mens, womens & kids. Regular sales and specials.
