Yeah great with pipes n poo and whatever, but an absolute Gronk on the road. Speeding in an out of traffic on the ring-road this arvo. Obviously in a hurry to get home and have a few pipes yourself mate? Pull your head in idiot

Got reply 3 weeks after sending enquiry early Jan 2023. Job done 24 Feb. Few problems after work completed. The main one was water coming down into kitchen cabinet from bottom of tap. Sent email when noticed it. No reply. March 1st chased it up. Told someone would come out. Finally on 26 March plumber came out unannounced as I was heading out. He was short tempered and rude when I explained problem. Whatever he did didnt fix it. Caught him still in car and told him still happening. Got angry and said he was late for another job. 31 March another plumber came. Ordered new part and said would come back in couple of days. Finally 2 June somone came out. Problem made worse. Sent text and photo of water under sink. Told would be in touch 5 June after ordering another new part. Still have not heard back. It's end June. Disorganised. No customer respect. More problems than before. Job was only to change tapware around the house.

I have had 2 separate disappointing experiences with the same plumber from this company. My bathroom was being repaired under insurance and this plumber was brought in to move some pipes, he somehow cut through into the next room which required extra time and expense to patch and repair by the insurance builder. The next time they came back he hacked up the brand new vanity to fit in oversized pipes then did shoddy patch work as well as incorrectly installing the bath taps and bending the bath faucet. I heard all the noise and asked if there were any issues and both plumbers present said no, it all went well. This was an obvious straight out lie looking at the work that was done. I am just glad I wasn't having to personally pay these guys, they are terrible and when another plumber from the same company was sent back to fix the issues I didn't get an apology at any point in time. Disgusting and disrespectful conduct and I feel it is important to let people know what you may encounter when having these guys in your home.

Extremely grateful for prompt and excellent service fixing damaged pipes. Very good value for the time spent on the job, attention to detail, quality of work and professionalism. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I had an emergency leak and Liam from WJ arrived promptly and was able to identify the source and sort out the problem within a couple of hours. Even reset the bricks back in. Highly recommend.

Very professional and reasonably priced. I got 4 quotes for a chinmney capping job and they were the best and gave me an honest quote. Would definitely recommend them. Especially for roof fixtures (because you can't really go up there yourself), there are some questionable companies out there so beware.
