Was a student here only for a semester and had a wonderful experience. Students are well looked after by teachers. I highly recommend anyone out wanting to study Certificate III in Hospitality which I studied, come to Angliss. It's the place to be and you'll get all the support you need.

On opening a website, I came across Chat Rep. Kathryn on a chat box, it was totally a disaster to chat with her.not even ashamed of her unprofessional way to chat, instead she is arguing to prove herself correct. I read most 1 stars reviews, but still pursue to have some information on travel courses.and guess what.she proved all those 1 star reviews right.good bye William Angliss. Don't take too much Business Pressure on, if you can't successfully handle it.

Plenty of culinary and hospitality study offerings. Its a compact yet functional institution with substantial facilities. The term break one day experiences were well organised and informative, they do well with promoting their TAFE studies to high school students.

Never on time for appointments, I always have to wait for at least an hour. Last time I had to wait for 50minutes, turned out the receptionist didn’t even let the doctor know that I was here. Such a joke.

Unprofessional services from the reception! Went there for twice and said that, there's no nurse available. That's!

Phone system is ridiculous, doesn't work most of the time and end up cut off. When it does work it's just an answering machine.

Melbourne institution for catering training. Very professional and state of the art facilities.
They have a restaurant attached that is great value and its good to support students in training. Good location opposite park and on major tram line / near flagstaff metro station

I went there 2 times because i had an emergency and the recepcionist had been such rude, even she didn't see my face. They said: the doctor have to go (4: 20pm). Another day she said: we are full, and she continued working her computer and she said nothing more. She didn't give me another option. I had serching by myself what can i do because i'm from another country and i don´t know anything about the Australian' s health. I had never recived a bad service as this.

Visited for a conference. Great experience. Toilet layout was poor for high volume so go early ;-)

I send groups of my students here very regularly for tours of the campus and then a meal afterwards. The staff are incredibly helpful with setting these up and the students all come away raving about the food. My students are all adults with disabilities and rarely get to leave their area, let alone eat out at a restaurant. They enjoy the Bistro and the Angliss Restaurant has given them amazing service - they are made to feel really special.

One of the most educated, sophisticated and brilliantly designed instuition's in Melbourne. When I went there it was just heaven under the sky. Looking forward to pay the fees off for Certificate III in Travel before Feb. 16,2016. Hope to meet you all there.

There is a wide range of courses and studies available from here in either single day or longer terms. The facilities are great and very modern and the cists are very affordable.

I am used to be the student there and decided to cancel all my courses due to the teacher. Not only me another 4 of my international friends as well. Most teachers there dont know how to spell " p o l i t e " and they treated australian and international really different!

We went to the Lilydale Lakeside Campus this week to enjoy a meal prepared by Stephen Mercer as part of the Angliss "Great Chefs" program. What a fantastic night. Great food. Great wine. Great venue. Please schedule another soon.
