Extremely disappointed. I asked for some simple assistance that was an urgent matter and the solicitor told me he wont help me as I am an new customer and will only help his current customers. During a global pandemic, I thought we would be supporting each other regardless of slight inconveniences.it makes it worse because he didn't even offer an explanation on why he wont help me, he just said 'if you were a current client I would help you'. Sad.
