I had a pretty terrible experience with another mechanic with my Subaru. I was waiting 5 months for a part that was misdiagnosed. After my colleague recommended Ryan, I had regular updates, reasonable pricing and all my questions answered. I'm back on the road and wish I knew about Wicks at the start.

I’ve used other mechanics in Eltham & I’m annoyed with myself that I didn’t find Wick’s earlier. Hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever had! Wicks was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I felt like I drove away with a new car.
My car needed a lot more than a routine service and Ryan dealt with the news of extra work very professionally.
The cherry on top was that Wicks fixed a broken headlight which multiple mechanics had said couldn't be fixed over the years. Car drives better than ever. Very happy customer!

Ryan was outstanding in his service. Provided home pick up and drop off for general service. Was very honest in terms of any issues that needed fixing - with suggestions on what we needed to do now vs at a later date. On returning the car, fuel was running low and Ryan even pumped fuel into the car and then refused reimbursement. Very hard to find honest mechanics these days, but we have found it with Wicks!

My experience with Wicks Auto Tech was REALLLLY great. Not only did Ryan deliver before the time i was expecting, he worked overtime to complete what needed to be done. Excellent service and massive effort!
He also washed my car. Seriously! What other Auto service does that?

Awesome person Ryan is. I ordered the wrong parts but he still was willing to get it done no matter what. Ordered new parts and he was still able to get it done on the same day. Washed the car as well. Super friendly, reliable, time efficient and really willing to help you out. Will be back definitely

Ryan was polite, transparent and prompt. Urgent TCM replacement required, in addition to 160k service, for my vehicle. It is apparent he takes pride in his work and treats customers respectfully. I recommend Wicks Auto Tech.
