Wickham glass responded quickly to our problem.
Their quote was fair. We are extremely glad we went with a local business.
They took great care in removing the double-glazed window that had spontaneously exploded. We were particularly impressed that when they received the new window they did not accept it as it had a slight flaw, and they insisted it be done again.
They came exactly when they said they would.

There was a bit of misinformation about Saturday morning opening but got the glass we needed in the end. I must admit that coming out of lockdown may not have helped.

Paul has been great. Lockdown meant that my glass had to be put on hold. But as soon as things opened up, I heard from Wickham Glass and arrangements made to fix my window. While they were here we discussed screens and they were taken to be fixed as well. Prices were reasonable and customer service great!

Paul and the team at Wickham glass were outstanding. He had someone out to measure the broken window in a timely manner. Due to covid restrictions the job had to be put on hold but as soon as restrictions were lifted Paul had already re organised current jobs and had the glass replaced within 4 working days of restrictions being eased. Incredibly easy to deal with, professional and will be my go to for any glass related work in the future.
