Whittlesea Chicken Barn

Oil smelt, tasted and looked very old. Could taste other food on the chips. Chips were overcooked and not salted. My partners favourite thing in the world is chips and he said they were the worst he has ever had.

Purchased chicken and seafood + greek salad. Not the cheapest but I have to say the chicken was delicious and worth the money.

Great people. A huge schnitzel burger for $6! Good place for quick bite. Need a clean bathroom with soap.

Friendly owners but pretty bland roast chickens. Definitely catering for 'takeaway' as, although they have seating the premises lacks atmosphere. Personally only go here if the local IGA has run out of their tasty roast chickens. Pricing for a whole bird is above average. If only Whittlesea had a quality charcoal chicken store or even a Red Rooster to raise the game somewhat but alas the town is too small to support too many options.

The owner is very rude, charges extra for hidden fees whenever she gets a chance. Salads are also very poorly prepared, even though they look great. Burgers and rolls are days old, absolutely not fresh.

The chicken was alright, But I was charged extra because I asked for the wing quarter, and it didn't say anything on the price board about it.

Lovely owners and decent chicken. Although a little on the pricey side for what is offered but still cheaper then the place acrosd the road.

Chicken dinner pack is good value, & a decent sized meal. Also have their fresh salads, quality is always consistently good.
