16These guys are just horrible. My elderly mum moved into an apartment complex managed by Whittles. She can not exit the complex as she cant walk quick enough to get through the gate after pressing exit button. Despite being a serious issue for the person involved they couldnt care less
My experience with Whittles and in particular my Strata Manager James Waters has been incredible. I had been dealing with a difficult building issue which James took care of immediately. Understanding the urgency of the matter his approach was empathetic and professional. I highly recommend this organisation.
I’ve contacted them four times with an issue regarding my body corporate account and they have demonstrated horrendous customer service just handballing me around with no one in particular taking any ownership. I’ve voiced my frustrations time and time again via email with no resolution.
Such a poor stressful experience dealing with this company
So in professional and just have increased our BC fees as they want to ensure that there is money for them to walk away with

Also told at one point (when we finally did get a response from them) we don’t make much money from your building and is such a small contract they don’t care to give us attention WOW! Just Wow
Laura Pentland (Assistant Manager) has been helpful and professional regarding the OC bill issue, our clients all like her!
They only care of their own Benefits. When you talk to them about serious problems, they don't give feedback. They has done nothing seriously to the bad tenants who keep breaching their rules and annoy other neibours by making big noise repeatedly and continually. Because Whittles lose nothing and still charge body corperation fee. If any lot owners don't pay them, I believe Wittles will take legal action soon. As a result, so many good tenants moved out because of the dodgy tenants recently in my area, but the black sheeps are still living there. It is so unfair!
If I could give a lower review I would, constantly bullied by a certain manager, paying for a service we are not receiving, DO NOT RECOMNED.
Happy to provide a copy of the correspondence that is received and you can be the judge. Whittles are the service? And are providing the unprofessional behaviour and cannot even answer questions that are asked. Happy to provide the interactions myself for public review. You are unable to reject an opinion, also happy to provide proof in this forum.seems like I am not the only one or my building is not the only one with the opinion also judging by the reviews.

I never have disputed paying my levies EVER and they have always been paid on time, my issue was not following legislation in regards to on charges to lot owners, Whittles never held a vote to spend on a letter that a lot owner paid for and was seeking reimbursement for. So the money that you took off me, was illegal as per relevant legislation, but being Whittles, they are incompetent on their own internal processes aside from legislation so no surprises their.
Want to take money but not actually work for their money at all as “they cannot help with issues” what a joke of a business free money!
Cannot even provide replacement Access FOB's when requested, so currently having to access my property via the garage/basement door.
Now in October 2020 with no AGM held still.not sure what we pay for exactly? Sending out and receiving invoices? But that's all, they are incapable of managing a facility, Also in regards to the response below, I attempted to call and also contact the branch manager with no response!

They changed the locks on our building door today and no one gave anyone new key, great job guys!
These guys are so incompetent, i wouldn't wast your money and I highly recommend using anyone els to look after your body corp

As a contractor I have dealt with Lynnette Macmartin on numerous occasions and found her extremely easy to work with and always get the desired outcome.
Very happy with the attention that is paid to our requests and always get the feeling we are important to Whittles as a customer.
The guys at Whittles Body Corporate Management are a pleasure to deal with. They are always very responsive and extremely proactive in order to make sure that the building is running efficiently and seamlessly for all involved.
