Disappointed especially after reading the positive reviews, worst customer service - Firstly, I was not given a nail color catalogue to choose from and was asked to choose from the shellac polish bottles on shelves - which hardly shows any color outside. She kept on asking what color I wanted (I am not sure if we need to decide the color beforehand!) which was very odd for me while I was looking at the nail catalogue, and then said "I can't keep looking at colors all day, " and moved me to the pedicure chair. How rude! - In fact, I went 10 min prior to my appointment and there was no other customer waiting! And also kept commenting about my skin color which was inappropriate. I went for a manicure and pedicure and then just ended up doing pedicure. Never going back again!
The pedicure is just like any other shop so nothing to complain there!

Unbelievable service. I wanted my mani & pedi on boxing day and Rose kindly opened her salon.
Can not thank you enough, keep up the good work!
I have passed on your details to my friends as I have advised them that anytime is a good time for Rose. Customer service at its best.
