Whitehorse Club

The Whitehorse Club is a fairly basic community centre type venue. Large parking area for many of the other sporting and community clubs in the area surround it.
The building is a little dated but everything seems to work and is well maintained. The function room could easily hold 300 or more people as well as a band podium and a large dance floor. Often used as a "Hall for Hire".

I’m here regularly for Battle Championship Wrestling. The team are so kind, helpful and overall great. Shows are always amazing and the venue is perfect for it. I always enjoy my night out here and recommend BCW at Whitehorse Club to everyone.

Great venue for dancing n music. Has large bar at reasonable prices n dance floor is huge. Venue can be expanded to accommodate large groups.

Whitehorse club is a big place, plenty of parking. Big dance floor for any occasion and easy to find in the map just very close to China bar in burwood hwy.

Went to rock and roll dance there. HONKY-TONK ROCKERS played great night. Big dance floor. Bar open. Plenty parking air-conditioned

Great venue for a grand celebration but the service is really poor. They didn't deliver what they promised. Not again.

Whitehorse Club is a fantastic Italian social club which I have been attending for many years with my family and friends. The food is always of an exceptionally high standard and the entertainment and live music is wonderful. I especially love the Napoletano night function that is hosted every year in November. Thank you guys keep up the great work, love your club!

Little tricky to find the entrance if you come from the bottom of the hill but if you stay on the road side to get to the hilltop side of the building you will see the entrace on the side.i sat an exam here, it was a nice quiet space where i could concentrate and big enough for a hundred or so people.

Great place for exams. Pity no motorcycle parking allowed under cover when it rains. Lots of parks for kids and a basketball stadium next door. Valedrome also.

I always enjoy the experience. Great dance floor. Alcohol prices very reasonable. Bar area understaffed

First the good point. Plenty of car parking space.
But, apart from the entrance to function rooms being hard to find (ie no signage, no visible staff to ask for help), the food was mediocre and the service almost non existent. If considering this place for a reception make sure to ask that there are plenty of waiting staff. Serving one small pot of coffee to each table (of 10 people) at a time, then pouring tea where preferred after, being generous, 10 minutes, then finally managing milk and sugar after another 10 minutes, is, by any standards, very poor.
Strangely when removing the dirty dishes the staff managed to use trays, which may have assisted better service earlier.
I would not recommend this venue to anyone and I would certainly be most reluctant to attend any future events unless assured that service and food had greatly improved.

Food was awful, most people didn't even eat the main meal. You can't buy more than 1 drink at a time (when sitting with tables of 12). And your entire function will get booted out on the dot of closing time.
