Fab location and very beautiful view, if you love the quite and scenic views it's a nice place. A fully equipped clean property with old beds, sofa s and other furniture. Safe place and good utilities like fridge, washing etc. 1BR is for a couple only not suitable with kids. It lacks the comfort of living. Not enough cooling for a very very hot day, carry your own fan is what I recommend. Just couldn't sleep on the mattresses provided and limited uncomfortable seating will not make you live in the place. It is 11 k from Apollo bay market. Accessible to beaches in the area. Within the property they have open parking, games room with lots of daddy long legs and dust around. It is not cleaned regularly and not for anyone who is allergic. Overall, for the price you can get more.i would rate it 3 as I was driven by the view.

I don’t know whether we can call it as a resort. The rooms and kitchen were not cleaned for ages. The whole house especially the kitchen was full of dirt and dust (please see photos). We took 2 hours to clean the whole house before unloading our items from our car. The cooling and heating system were not working. There was a gas heater and split system. Both were not working. No trained staff at the property to deal with issues. Over priced property. The stay here was a nightmare. We Never go back.

We had a lovely stay. The games room and tennis court were a great bonus but a fun highlight was the board games and DVD selection. The spa was perfect after a day of waterfall walks and the view of the ocean was perfect for calming the soul.

Poor quality resort ever I stayed in my entire life where I spent $1184 for 3 nights. The rooms, bedsheet and kitchen were full of dirt and dust especially microwave oven had sticky leftover food item from previous customers. We had to vacuum and clean the entire room before we check in and my husband got asthma attack. Moreover the heater system was not working and not even a trained service man available to sort out the issue. After all we had totally bad experience over there and I don't recommend this resort to anyone.

We stayed for 2 nights and booked through Airbnb. Haven't compared their pricing on what's cheaper if you book through the resort or Airbnb but it was the most memorable stay we had. Woke up to the sound of waves as our room had a ventilation system that opened up in the roof. The beach view was mesmerizing. We had a brekkie on the porch. All the amenities like pool, tennis court, snooker, table tennis, etc were all accessible. Everything inside the house was as described & fully in working condition. We also used the spa tub indoors. 15mins drive to Apollo bay. Loved it.

Relaxing, clean, great kitchen, great information on local walks and activities. We loved our stay!

Paid $400 for a one night stay checked into the room 30 degree day air conditioning did not work was just blowing hot air all night. Felt like a sauna in the room did not sleep a wink

We love the ocean view! Everything is great except the TV, we think it can be more improved and have Netflix on it. Don’t forget to bring your drinking water. It says the water in the sink is potable but it tastes salty. Overall, we would still come back.

Bed has a bit of ocean views despite being on the loft. And the view of the hill behind it is wonderful, with green trees dancing in the wind.
Double blinds in the loft to block the light in the morning.
Fireplace is super efficient! A must have in Victoria, even during summer, as the nights can be chill.
Friendly staff always ready to help.
Fair price.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I would stay here again as many time as I could.

Lovely room, great view. Simply relaxing. Be aware that the shower will be difficult for those with mobility issues. Also I found the tap (bore) water undrinkable. Suggest you bring your own supply.

Amazing ocean views, nicely sized room and pleasant decking area.
Unfortunately we were not provided enough towels, no sheets for the 'sofa bed' that was considered another bed in the advertisement of the room. The doona did not have a doona cover, and had yellow stains. One pillow did not have a pillow case and no bath mats were provided for the bathroom. Overall, the stay was good but the quality of bedding ect could be improved.

Unwelcoming, no staff to greet us on arrival after travelling 2 hours, nor have they been helpful, no instructions left for us on how to use any facilities in the room, it was freezing and no instructions how to turn on the gas heater, no advice on local activities to do, no reception in room, room smelt damp/mouldy, did not look like the photos at all. So disappointed not worth a 4 * rating the property has not received any love in a long, long time. Not worth the trip.

Clean well maintained property. Beautiful views of the ocean, seen dolphins and seals 150-200 meters from our room balcony. Great bird life, cosy room, comfortable bed.

Great place, we totally enjoyed our 3 night get away, fantastic views, appartments are well laid out with everything that you need, close to appollo bay a great base to explore the great ocean road sites

Amazing place! Quiet, cozy, warm and welcoming hotel with everything that you need to spend a nice time. Rooms are clean and functional. The view is stunning. Its only 13 minutes from Apollo Bay. Service is really friendly and helpful. Fireplace and hot tube, gaming room available as well.

Not really good, the apartment excellent but only one toilet, the internet very very slow almost nothing, access to the beach not really good, shops too far away.

We had an amazing 4 day 3 night stay. The view is simply gorgeous and sleeping to the sound of crashing waves just added to the atmosphere. The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The spa was such a luxury after a long day of trekking. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The view was awsome and the unit was nice. Wasn't to happy to get a late checkout and workers are trimming trees at 8am. But overall a very relaxing stay

Beautiful place the scenes are so refreshing. I would recommend to stay for more than one night because I will definitely be coming back. Very friendly staff member helped me out.
