Whitecliffs Beach Resort

We had an enjoyable week in Rye, and this accommodation was ideal as a base to explore the area.

Noisy due to construction going on in the unit next door: hammer-drill going most of the afternoon at least. After raising the issue with management, I was told it would be finished within "15 minutes". An hour later it is still going on. Cleanliness is poor - I put a blanket on the bed and a tuft of someone's hair was within the folds of it. Drawer pulls were sticky with built-up dirt. Bed linen had dark stains on them in places. The bathroom sink doesn't drain properly, and the shower head can't handle the water pressure - it leaves it's mounting sprays water everywhere like an out of control fire hose. It's a waste of time raising issues with an apathetic management. No wonder time share is dying-out.

Just past rye shops on point nepean rd a timeshare that is clean well maintained and good facilities.

My family holidays here once a year for a week. We love it but the only disappointingly aspect is they don't allow charcoal BBQs. I don't understand why they can't have an allocated area for this.

Excellent resort with 20 units, across the road from the beach and close to shops and attractions.

Very comfortable accommodation, clean and neat. Well maintained grounds and weekly or twice-weekly activities for the kids (not just movies!). Also catered breakfasts and dinners if you wish to partake.
Managers are really easy going and know the area well.

A little tired but other than that, great family accommodation in the best location of Rye. Right across the road from the bay beach and a nice 10 minute stroll to town. Very friendly staff and accommodation comes with everything you need in a self-contained unit.
