The staff are very caring, friendly and supportive. I felt comfortable with them when being fitted for undergarments and lingerie. I've been in their store a few times, and they are always very helpful and put their clients at ease. I'll be shopping here always.

I managed to walk out with a bra because I was desperate, but I didn't feel comfortable when in the store, they didn't explain as they were fitting me into a bra what worked and what didn't and toward the end was forgotten about in the change room. If I wasn't desperate for a bra I would have walked out.
