Whispair Rangehoods

Highly recommend whispair range hoods, their customer service is very professional and any issues I had were sorted immediately. The unit itself is very classy and high quality.

Excellent rangehood with very good suction. No food smell in home at all when using the rangehood. Deducted one star as suction waffles have very sharp edges. I and my wife got our fingers cut many times while trying to remove waffles for washing away the oil.

Purchased our rangehood direct from Whispair several years ago. Some months ago there was a problem with the buttons. Spoke with a representative. A repairer was dispatched promptly and the problem fixed under warranty. Very pleased with the product and the service. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

What a credible company to trust and deal with, my undermount rangehood was installed by builder for the new house. I have been very happy with the result, as a Chinese I love cooking but the smoke is really a big headache for me. But I am so happy with this rangehood, so powerful, 2010m3/H, you can't even smell anything in lounge or inside of house while I'm cooking.

Only thing is very loud, but I don't really care as long as no smoke inside of house.
Rang them to report the control module did not work properly yesterday, then I went to warehouse to pick the parts today after sending some photos.
Now it's back to work again.

This is the best I ever used in last 30 years.

The sales experience wasn’t very premium. You can buy one of their Range Hoods but they don’t have anyone to install them. I was told to get a local plumber or electrician to do it, my concern is they don’t know the product.

I love my Whispair Montecarlo! Purchased from Berloni Appliances in Heidelberg where I got a brilliant run down on the rangehoods (Highly Recommend going there). Love how quiet and powerful this unit is and the baffle filters come up a treat in the dishwasher.

Absolutely pathetic rangehoods! Can’t wait to replace it. Buttons don’t work and instructions are shocking! Do not buy

I had a problem with the switch of my Whispair Monte Carlo Rangehood originally installed late 2015. Switch was replaced under guarantee in 2017 but switch failed again this year. Haus supplied replacement part but there was difficulty in removing the faulty switch. I contacted their service manager James who offered to have the switch replaced which I accepted. James was understanding of my situation and the two gentlemen who changed the switch the following day were likewise very understanding and accommodating. I have found the attention and level of service from Haus to be excellent and very helpful. The rangehood itself continues to provide very quiet and efficient performance.

Purchased 60cm rangehood from Whispair after viewing at Berloni Appliances. Display model so quiet you could barely hear it on highest level. Exactly what i wanted. Purchased and so disappointed. Paid just under $2000 and could have saved myself about half the cost. Contacted Whispair for them to arrange one of there installers to come out and check it had been installed correctly. It had. The system is as noisey as a cheap in roof rangehood. Very very disappointed with the range hood. Would not recommend.
Staff at Whispair very helpful so i have no issue with them.
12/8/21: after discussion with both James and Tristian there service provider came out and adjusted vent piping, that reduced the noise a bit but still noisey. Discussion with the guys from IRS we decided to change the motor over to a smaller one which reduced the noise and made it sound so much quiter. Happy with outcome and happy with service provided. Would recommend.

I have done a lot research and I believe the best investment I made in my kitchen was my rangehood. I purchased a Whispair rangehood that sits in the overhead cupboards and it has the motor that sits on the roof and all I hear inside is the air passing through the commercial baffle filters. I have been used to having a jet engine of rangehood that every time I turned it on my kids would have to turn the TV up to maximum to combat the sound. I cannot believe that product like this existed, I am very impressed. I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased a Whispair built in range hood with a roof motor, with 1140 extraction. Once it was installed it was so quiet and best of all the filters are so easy to clean. All I have to do is drop them into the dishwasher and they actually come out clean. This is quite different to my previous rangehood which even after being in the dishwasher still have had a greasy layer over the mesh. The service I received from Berloni Appliances and the Whispair head office was fantastic. Highly recommend them and their product.

Our experience dealing with Whispair has been exemplary. From the initial phone call to multiple follow ups while we talked through range hood motor options that would suit our particular application, Whispair staff showed incredible patience. The rangehood shipped fast and arrived in NZ a few days later.

The build quality of the rangehood is outstanding and the led lighting has very even coverage over the cooking area. The stainless baffle filters are commercial grade quality and easily cleaned in the dishwasher. With a roof mounted motor the unit is very quiet even though we used rigid duct shorter than the minimum recommended length. Overall I would have no hesitation in highly recommending range hoods from Whispair. 12 out of 10!)
