Had a travel consultation & I cannot speak highly enough of the whole process. So rare to find a doctor that truly listens, makes you feel comfortable, is knowledgeable, warm, thorough and was so apologetic for running a little late. They have vaccines on site so was able to get everything I needed in the one visit including buying tropical strength insect repellent! Highly recommend.

Very supportive of my family members who have been going here for over 30 years. Doctors are organised and friendly.

I saw a new doctor tonight, it was Dr Mark, he was absolutely lovely, he had the best bedside manor, just so pleasant & thorough.

Very poor reception services! They couldn’t help me with even one question about the flu vaccine, I wonder if they read their policies before sitting on the phones so they can help people calling! Been put through 2 different receptionists on a long hold, no one could tell me if their clinic could give flu vaccine to the overseas travelers!

After many years my famy was a customer with your clinic will not come there again because your reception person was really rude in a conversation with my husband on the phone. We paid you $250 for two test that we never had results from them and when we asked you about our money back the answer was that we came there so we won't wait in the line. What a rude answer shame on you. The whole family won't come back.

Got my vaccinations from this clinic and was impressed with how careful and professional the doctors and nurses were, especially with someone like me, who doesn't like needles. The nurse that gave me the shot seemed very experienced as I could not even feel the needle go into my skin! Definitely recommend!

Would be wonderful if the medical receptionist wasn't on her social media telling people to go and attend themselves "freedom rallies" and saying Covid isn't real. But you know you guys do you.

Made an appointment. Told to ring when we’re in Carpark. Doctor comes out to Car and gives us our injections

Glacier slow and expensive.
Thier triage system makes no sense and their administration of patients both probably lead to the long wait times in the carpark.

I have been coming to this clinic since 2016 where I was initially sent to them to perform some routine hearing tests for my job at the time. Back then they weren't my regular clinic, but I was determined to change that after my first appointment given the refreshingly pleasant experience I had. For the ~10 years prior until then, I had been attending a "super clinic" out of convenience as it was only a 5-10 minute drive from home (traffic-dependent). I now travel at least double that (20-25 minutes) to get to Wheelers Hill Medical Centre, but the journey is honestly worth it considering the unmatched level of service they offer. Even in their busiest periods, the staff have always been very courteous and have made me feel like a valued patient (very different to what I was used to). The Doctors there are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Their overall knowledge base and thoroughness in their examinations, combined with the warm atmosphere of the clinic is what encouraged me to transfer over in the end. Thanks guys! Always a pleasure attending your clinic!

I’m very happy with the care and services provided by all of the Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff I have met since transferring to this Clinic 6 months ago.

I had a very unusual experience with one of the receptionists, as soon as I walked into the clinic, I was waiting to be attended, I then heard "ARE YOU RIGHT? "
I found this to be a very odd and unpleasant greeting, I didn't get the name of this receptionist, but I got the feeling that I wasn't welcomed.
I personally found this greeting to be asking about my mental health as if "I'm not right? " I would've thought a pleasant "How can I help you? " would be a much better way to start a greeting for people entering the clinic. Please take this constructive criticism on board.

A clinic for wealthy people only. They don't care that you don't have $90 to fork out for an initial consultation. The $20 price tag they advertise for low income people is a lie and is only after you do all the medicare work yourself. You need to have the ridiculously high amount of money to begin with. They clearly don't know or care what 'low income' actually means.

My whole family have been coming to this clinic for some time. It has such a warm and friendly atmosphere and all the doctors are very thorough and informative.

I went here for a travel consult for South America as only a few clinics can give Yellow fever vaccines. Staff were very friendly, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I actually didn't have to wait long either. I'll be coming here as my regular clinic from now on. Great clinic!

I recently moved to Wheelers Hill, and have had to find a local Doctor for my chronic health problems.
I have found the Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors to be helpful and professional.
I have also been using the online booking system for appointments.
After the initial registration, this system is an easy way to book appointments.
I would recommend this friendly clinic.

My doctor worked really hard to get me in to the specialist as quickly as possible. She is thorough and takes time to review me properly each time I visit. If I can't get in to see my regular GP, I am confident with the care and medical advice I will get from all the other doctors and have seen different ones from the same practice over the last 2 years. They are all excellent medical professionals.
