Spiro and Agnes provided ‘5 STAR’ services from the very first call to the property settlement. It’s simply given me confidence and peace through entire process. There were difficulties with bank missing submitted document but spiro directly connected to the branch and ensured that document reaches head office with multiple follow-ups.

I first engaged What If We Finance back in 2020. I was looking for a lower rate - aren’t we always -and potentially splitting the loan. In summary, Spiro did his work. Ultimately, after review several options, the best and quickest outcome for me would be to stay with my current lender and request for the relevant changes. Spiro would get nothing out of this - as I was still with another broker - but he was happy to help, anyway. That certainly left a positive impression.

Fast forward to 2022, I engaged Spiro and his team again. This time, we are moving to a different lender. Spiro and his team (special call out to Khessandra) worked round the clock so we refinance before the next rise. They also secured an earlier settlement date as well which was a great bonus for us.

Our limited experience with Spiro and team back in 2020 was great. Our full experience with them in 2022 has only cemented in my mind, that they have our best interests in mind and will do whatever is necessary - ethically - to get the right results for their customers.
