Great experience as always. Really nice kebab, l, enjoyed the stuffing and sauces. Would recommend everyone.

The place was amazing with previous owners, was going there for 5 years so far, when new owners took over each time it got worse, today ordered 4 pizzas and received 4 pieces of bread with very little toppings, you can actually see bread through it when you are looking at it.
Very disappointed as we are very conservative family where we pick one place and only go there and we were going there every week! Prices were increasing as well, which is understandable but quality was dropping dramatically as well. Will be looking for another pizza place.

Wonderful customer service. After an awful experience trying to order from DoorDash (dasher showed up without our order and then lied about why, stating the restaurants “pizza machine” was broken), I called the restaurant to try and confirm what was going on. They said the food was there waiting, and organised for their own delivery driver to deliver it at no extra charge. The driver was lovely, very apologetic, as was the lady on the phone and once DoorDash was out of the way, everything went great. The food was fantastic, the pasta we had was absolutely delicious and the pizza, though cold by the time it was delivered, was very tasty. Really appreciated them working with us to fix an issue that wasn’t their issue to fix. Thank you, legends!

The last owners were fantastic. New owners last delivery pizza had no toppings and slop.thought I’d have another go.
Now they don’t do delivery to Little River

Ordered pizza online, when i turned up to pick up it hadnt been made and they said they hadnt recieved the order. Showed them my digital reciept to prove i had placed it and money was taken from my account to pay for order. They played dumb and the worse thing was he found my order docket hanging right in front of where they make the order and then tried to blame it on there website. Only good thing was i was refunded my money immediately.

The worst pizza place in werribee.worst customer service you’ll have.don’t buy from here especially delivery.took over 2 hours to arrive and the store is 5 minutes away!

They really need to work on how clock works in here since their 5-7 minutes are equal to 25 minutes on earth’s hour

Worst italian restaurant in Werribee by a country mile. Ordered one pizza and one pasta that took 2 hours to arrive, pizza was stone cold and had barely any topping whatsoever. Pasta was so incredibly bland, no salt, pepper or parmesan. Will not be back here again.

Not even 1 star! Very very little amount of toppings and dough quality was also very bad
Don’t waste your money

I order pizza from Westside usually a couple of times a month and love the pizzas.
Today I was disappointed as the crust was thinner and the topping was way less than previously.
I used to lift a piece of pizza and topping would fall of the top but not anymore.
The delivery time was however quicker than some previous occasions.

Ordered 3 pizzas yesterday. Loved all 3 of them! All my guests were saying how delicious they were.

I was absolutely disgusted to find the food mouldy, now that’s truly too far for a restaurant to leave your establishment in the state.

First of all, I order the pizza via their website - Not food delivery services.

It took 2 hours and 2 phone calls for them to deliver the pizza.
After the first hour, I rang the shop asking about my order, they said that our pizza is ready and waiting for the driver. After another 45 minutes, I rang them again and they said the same thing.
Obviously our pizza just sitting there cold in the shop for more than an hour.

The pizza itself, Mehhh. I had better.
Maybe because is no longer fresh when I received them.

Dough was so thin that it was stuck to the box, and soggy, the amount of oil was insane and when I asked " do you use freash bacon "? The reply was " yes".
Upon arrival cubed and shredded meat.
As soon as I picked up a slice all filling fell of the transparent pizza base.
Abit of advice when someone ask for additional toppings you need to ensure the pizza base is thick.
The delivery lady was lovely very apologetic for being so late. So that is my review NEVER AGAIN

Kebab pizza was delicious, chips were nice and crunchy and gnocchi was creamy and very tasty. Will definitely order again

Couldn't even swap toppings (pineapple for mushroom), and was told I can only add or remove toppings, as such adding toppings would incur an additional fee. Don't understand how simple toppings can't be swapped over - especially when we were removing said toppings from one pizza and simply adding it onto another (mushroom/pineapple). Paid extra for chili flakes, was definitely not added onto the pizza. Chicken Parma was not how I remember it from a couple of years ago - soft and soggy. Chips had barely any seasoning, and the pizzas were below average. Won't bother coming back, as my money is definitely better spent elsewhere.

Wedges 10/10, garlic bread 10/10, pizza 10/10, complaints 0/10 honestly no flaws everything seasoned and tastes amazing from the first bite I was hooked, got recommend this place with the words "they're not to bad". Gonna have to call the mate back and let them know I love it amazing and will be back

Worst pizza i have ever had, orders half half, meat lovers and special, all topping were cold. Had to recook it at home.

We normally get same pizza every week and this time it was very salty, we were told that the pizza you choosed had salty cheese, so weird
