Arrived at 4: 20pm to find out they’re closed. Doors shut with no note to say why. Another person arrived at the same time and said this is a frequent occurrence. Another 3 customers tried to come in on the time it took me to write this.

Always cheap prices and easy to get in and out of. Not crowded like other servos in Bendigo

Had to ask for my receipt because attendant did not give it to me after l paid. They shouldn't assume you don't want your receipt. Don't understand why this happens in a lot of shops these days. Is it laziness? Just give people their receipt and if they don't want it they will tell you.

Westside petroleum could improve by actually having staff that want to serve the customer. There were 3 female staff on site and only 2 customers (1 Chinese guy and me). The incompetent girl serving the poor Chinese guy was acting pretty rude towards him and I'd almost say borderline racist. It took the incompetent girl only 5 minutes to acknowledge me and then serve me to allow me to pay for my fuel. The other 2 girls briefly each made an appearance and darted back into the office leaving the incompetent girl to fumble her way through the process.
The fuel is cheap, but the service is terrible. I won't be returning here and I travel through Bendigo often.

Is this site brand new or well maintained?

It happened 2 times, No fuel was provided due to I entered with my car headlights on and got insulted with one of the staff member. The staff member came out very rude and with aggression asked to turn of my lights as I entered the fuel station and was been told the lights disturb him he went back inside didn’t turn on the fuel machine, waited for few mins got insulted and left. Last night again I went to the station the same staff member came out and told this time my boss said turn off the headlights because it disturbs the cameras.
Again no fuel provided got insulted.
Very very racist, aggressive, arrogant staff.

The staff had always been very friendly and helpful I have gone there many times since they opened and have been very pleased with the service. The petrol prices have always been amongst the best in the area. I've had no problems at all with the quality of their fuel and then happy to recommend them.

Very Friendly Service! Nice and Clean, makes it alot more enjoyable to walk into a clean and friendly shop. The Staff Member Courtney who served me was very Happy, Friendly and polite. Very professional.
