I was feeling very directionless and depressed the day before i decided to give the beginners session for Muay Thai, I'm so glad to say that the experience was exactly what i needed to lift my spirits and push my body to be better. Abbas was very patient with me and took time, since i was a beginner, to make sure i got the basics down, and i was very grateful for that. I will be back Friday night!

Classes for my 8 year old son, and he loves it. Very informative playful classes and he also takes one on one lessons with callum. Highly recommend westside mma! We love it!
