Very Incompetent and unfriendly service. I requested for a window repair in my house over 2 months ago, and after countless conversations with them I have had to cancel my task and go with another provider. I am not sure why they have good reviews, but there is a clear lack of communication between staff and an inability to work with technology to deliver a good service. Please don't waste your time with them.
