Not the most helpful community legal service, but can't help it as they are the only service available for the western suburbs.

Lawyer was suppose to represent my daughter who has a disability. Rings my daughter on day of court, lawyer does not introduce herself
and tells my daughter to talk to the judge herself.

Lawyer didn't mention she wouldn't be in the court room. She just didn't turn up, leaving my daughter with Autism to represent herself to the judge.

My daughter with Autism was in tears in court as she was unable to express herself to the judge.

Absolutely disadvantaged and not good enough.

The lawyer was no help, pointed me in the wrong direction. DYI was far more productive. I’m sure they have good people here unfortunately I didn’t see them.

Emily is such an asset to this company. What a wonderful human and lawyer. She’s extremely patient, kind and diligent in her workings. She gets things done with confidence and ease. I really appreciate all of your assistance Emily. It was a pleasure knowing you and I’m very happy with the above and beyond result.

Just had a look through my emails and remembered when I was struggling financially Joseph Nunweek from WEstjustice helped me with a tenant and landlord issue professionally and smoothly where I received daily updates and helped gather a lot of evidence to support my case.
